Once you have signed-up, we will provide recommendations based on your fitness level.
Do you or have you suffered from any of the following?
A heart condition
A stroke or heart related chest pains
High blood pressure
Bone or joint pain exacerbated by exercise
Often feeling faint or have unaccounted spells of dizziness
An operation or surgery in the past 12 months
Medical conditions that limit your ability to take part in light movement

It’s not our job to tell you what you can and can't do, but it is important to us that you stay safe and exercise within your limits. If at any point of your exercise session you feel unwell, please take a seat and have a short rest. It takes time to build your stamina and improve your flexibility so don’t be disheartened if you need to take regular breaks. We’re here to help you build your activity levels in a safe and sustainable way. If it’s been a long time since you took part in physical activity or if you have any concerns about your health, seek guidance from your GP before taking part to ensure they’re happy for you to exercise.
