My name is Nigel and I've been working in Health and Fitness since graduating from University in 2001.

I have lots of experience in delivering group exercise sessions including circuits, spinning, boxercise, running, walking and even aqua-aerobics! More recently, I've been heavily involved in the development and co-ordination of a range of physical activity interventions, supporting clients who have long term health conditions.  

I hold a Level 4 British Association for Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) qualification and various other Level 3 qualifications in Exercise Referral.  He is also an experienced Fitness tutor and assessor.
