Hey! I'm Sam and I have been a fitness instructor for almost six years now teaching Les Mills classes such as Body Combat, Body Pump and GRIT.

I have my Personal Trainer Level 3 qualification. I like to specialise in Weightlifting and look to get more women confident in the weights area of the gym.

I am passionate about health and fitness and have been for many years.
