Hello, I’m Su

Let's just say I have been in the Industry for a long time!

I have lots of experience delivering group lead exercise sessions and on a 1-2-1 basis.

My classes include Kettle Bells, Core Abs, Stability Ball, Circuits and chaired based workouts.

I have worked with various groups, ranging from mental wellbeing through to the 60+ groups and children of all ages.

I aim to make all my sessions beneficial, but also fun at the same time with the aim to get everyone moving. My passion for a healthy lifestyle comes through all my sessions.

My motto is, if I can do this so can you. My main aim is to encourage everyone to enjoy exercise or physical activity of all types.
