Hi everyone! I'm Chrissie - I've been teaching a variety of exercise and dance classes for many years and have this year started teaching yoga too!
I love bringing a sense of fun to my classes and you'll see in my dance cardio classes I have some excellent tunes to dance along too!
With my yoga classes I always want people to know you DON'T HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA! If you are moving and breathing - well you're doing it perfect.
