Hi, I'm Naomi and I have had a passion for Health and Fitness for the past twelve years.

I have nearly ten years experience delivery a wide range of adult group exercise classes, kids physical activity sessions as well as being a qualified Level 3 person trainer.

My classes will help you to relieve frustrations, process thoughts and emotions. Being able to de-stress is important. I love to be physically active and I want to motivate and inspire others to feel this enjoyment too.
